The regular Executive Board meeting of the Pirate Party of Canada was called to order at 21:38 EST, February 6, 2012 at irc channel #exec, irc.pirateparty.ca. The president was in the chair and the secretary was present. In attendance were Sean Hunt, Jack Mcleod and Ric Lim.

Sean Hunt moved that the Board adopt a special rule of order that meetings shall be held weekly on Mondays at 9:30 PM EST in #exec on irc://irc.pirateparty.ca/. The motion was adopted without dissent - 3 aye, 0 nay.

Meeting was adjourned at 22:27 EST.
