The second regular Executive Board meeting of the Pirate Party of Canada was called to order at 21:57 EST, January 16, 2012 at irc channel #exec, irc.pirateparty.ca. The president was in the chair and the secretary was present.

There was no quorum. Meeting was adjourned at 21:59 EST
